Except that when they called, I had to confirm my order number, name, email address, and full billing address. Whoops!

So did you call them or did they call you?

The instructions clearly state that if they call you there will be no need for verification, but your comment "...when I called ..." indicates you placed the call to customer service. If you placed the call than information verification seems appropriate.

Yeah that's my bad on the writing part. They did actually call me after I clicked the button. I'll fix it.
